What is the process for tracking inventory in a large business? We use a CMMS software, but it is ran poorly. Any tips on streamlining the process would be greatly appreciated. Specifically tips on inventory storage; pda usage with tracking Tracking inventory; barcode systems with tracking inventory; RFIDs with tracking inventory; personal experience with inventory. Order of operation, flow chart, anything would be helpful
